At G.O.A.T. Man Customs, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Due to the custom and exclusive nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including packaging and tags. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
